Purchase conditions

The nyelvkonyvbolt.hu webshop offers its customers the opportunity to shop through an online internet interface. You don’t have to be a registered user to shop in the online store, and you don't even need to register to browse or view text and image content. The customer accepts the general terms and conditions of the nyelvkonyvbolt.hu webshop.

Registration and login

The customer can complete the registration by clicking on the sign-in box icon on the web page. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. The user must include accurate and real contact information (full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) in their data. By sending the registration, the user account is created, and the login takes place automatically. The user will receive a reminder email with the username and password required for logging in. In the future, you can log in to make a purchase with a valid username and password by filling in the login box or before entering the checkout section.

Purchase process

The selected items must be added to the basket by clicking on the icon next to the product. The expected delivery time is also visible next to the product. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you can contact us to inquire about expected arrival. If an item is temporarily unavailable or not in sufficient stock, the new purchase price may change, so we reserve the right to change the price of the product. If all the products you want to buy are in the cart, you can click on the checkout icon to select the payment and pickup/delivery method. It is also possible then to change the delivery/invoicing data and the quantities. The customer can choose from different discounts (loyalty cards, IDs, coupons, etc.), but the discounts cannot be combined with each other. The customer must prove the discount, which can be uploaded to our online store during the order, or sent by email to info@librabooks.hu by specifying the order number. If this does not happen, we will not be able to grant the discount. The order is activated by pressing the "Confirm order" icon. We issue an invoice on the ordered products. The customer receives a confirmation e-mail about their order.

Product pick-up, home delivery

The ordered products can be picked up in person at our bookstore located at Kölcsey utca 4, 1085 Budapest.

Warranty

New products are listed on our website. In the case of a new product, the warranty is valid according to the PTK and related legislation.

Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw their purchase which is regulated by the 17/1999. (II. 5.) Government decree on contracts concluded between those who are absent and the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in Hungary. Pursuant to this, the customer can withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of completion (receipt of product). The customer can express their intention to cancel the order at any of the contact details provided. The buyer is liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

Evaluation and moderation information

The operators of nyelvkönyvbolt.hu, lisztbolt.hu, gyerekkönyvbolt.hu webshops (operator: Libra Books Kft., 1085 Budapest Kölcsey utca 4, tax number 10522082-2-42, company registration number: 01-09-075386) allow their registered customers to evaluate all the goods available in the store. We read the written evaluation on the administrator interface of our webshop and, if necessary, we contact the customer and based on consultation with them, we will modify it and publish it on the public interface. We reserve the right not to publish reviews that violate public order.

A rating with a green frame is given if the average of the reviews reaches 4.2 in the case of at least 10 reviews in 60 days, and a rating with a green background is given if the average is 4.6 or above.
