Consumer protection information
The operation of the webshops operated by Libra Books Kft. is governed by the following consumer protection laws, decrees and regulations:

The completion of transaction
The contract between the customer and the online store is established when the customer receives our confirmation letter after ordering the product/service. It contains the customer's name, address, the order number, the price of the ordered product, the number of pieces, the method of delivery and the delivery fee.
Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of receipt, the customer may withdraw from the contract concluded electronically without reason. Please send the written statement to this effect with the following information: customer's name, address, order number, date, name of the affected product, quantity and ISBN identifier.

Product return
In the case of an order made from the online store, the product must be returned to the online store immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification of cancellation. Within 14 days of receipt, we are obliged to refund the product and delivery fee, but not the return cost. However, if you did not choose the usual, least expensive delivery method when ordering, we are not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of unwrapped CDs, DVDs, software or scraped online codes. If you do not bring the product in person, please include a copy of the declaration in the package. Annex No. 2 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.24) can serve as a sample declaration of withdrawal.
Faulty products
The Civil Code 6:163. Pursuant to § (2), a warranty claim can be asserted for all products, including books, within 2 years from the date of receipt of the product. Please return the defective product to us. If we still have it in stock, we will replace it, if not, we will replace it with a similar one if desired or refund the paid value.
